What are Twitch Drops?
Twitch Drops are a series of events where you can earn in-game rewards by watching Twitch livestreams. To participate in Twitch Drops, simply bind your ToF game account and Twitch account.
Which livestream can I watch to earn rewards?
After activating Twitch Drops, you can participate in the event by watching any ToF-related livestreams. You can confirm the event's start time and rewards "here."
How can I confirm if I have successfully participated in the Twitch Drops event?
You can check the Twitch Drops page to view the Twitch Drops events you've participated in. Additionally, you can confirm all ongoing events and the channels you've participated in via your Twitch Inventory.
How long does it take for Twitch Drops rewards to be received?
After Authorizers tap to claim rewards in Twitch, the reward is usually issued to the corresponding ToF UID's in-game mailbox within 24 hours. Please be patient. The mail is valid for 30 days, so make sure you claim it in time.
After binding your account, watch any ToF livestream for the required amount of time to receive Twitch Drops. Authorizers who have not bound their Twitch account must do so within 7 days (7x24 hours) after the current Twitch Drops event ends. Otherwise, the rewards will not be issued.
*If you need to unbind your account after claiming rewards, please wait until the rewards have been delivered to the corresponding UID's in-game mailbox before unbinding.
I have two game accounts. Can I claim rewards multiple times?
No, you cannot. One Twitch account can only be bound to one ToF game account (UID). The same ToF game account can only claim the same reward once, and the same Twitch account can only claim the same type of reward once.
How can I unbind my account?
Authorized users can click "Unbind" after account linking, then log in to Twitch to remove the connection with ToF.

*Please ensure your ToF game account has unlocked the mailbox feature (character level 6 or above) to claim rewards.

After binding your account, watch any ToF livestream for the required amount of time to receive Twitch Drops. Authorizers who have not bound their Twitch account must do so within 7 days (7x24 hours) after the current Twitch Drops event ends. Otherwise, the rewards will not be issued.
