Dear Authorizers,

We greatly appreciate your continued support and love for Tower of Fantasy on PlayStation 4! Due to issues with performance optimization and application size limitations, we regret to inform you that we will discontinue our support and updates for Tower of Fantasy on PlayStation 4.

Support for the PlayStation 5 version will continue as normal, and your gameplay experience will not be affected. You're welcome to enjoy the up-to-date game experience on PlayStation 5 and other supported platforms.

The delisting process will take place in 3 phases: Game Delisting, In-game Purchase Item Delisting, and Cease of Updates. Please refer to the timeline below:

PS4 Game Delisting

Starting at 04:00 on April 7, 2026 (UTC+0), the PlayStation 4 version of Tower of Fantasy will be delisted from the PlayStation® Store. If your PlayStation™ Network account doesn't own the PlayStation 4 version of Tower of Fantasy before this time, you will no longer be able to find or acquire it.

If your account owns this game, you can still download it from Store - Library at any time.

You'll still be able to purchase items for the PlayStation 4 version from both the PlayStation® Store and the in-game Store before in-game purchase items are delisted.

You can log in and play the game until updates officially cease. You will continue to get update notifications if Tower of Fantasy is installed on your PlayStation 4.

PS4 In-game Purchase Item Delisting

Starting at 04:00 on September 22, 2026 (UTC+0), all in-game purchase items for the PlayStation 4 version will be delisted from both the PlayStation® Store and the in-game Store. After this time, you will not be able to make purchases on PlayStation 4.

Items purchased prior to this time can still be claimed before updates for the PlayStation 4 version officially cease.

PS4 Cease of Updates

Starting at 04:00 on October 20, 2026 (UTC+0), updates for the PlayStation 4 version of Tower of Fantasy will officially cease. From this point onward, you will no longer be able to log in to the game on PlayStation 4.

You'll no longer get update notifications on your PlayStation 4.

Purchased but unclaimed items can only be claimed in the PlayStation 5 version after this time.

You can link your game account to other accounts in Settings - Basic - User Center from both the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 versions.

Even after 04:00 October 20, 2026 (UTC+0), you'll still be able to link your email in the PlayStation 4 version (after the cease of updates).

All of the above changes apply to the PlayStation 4 version only. If you're playing the game on PlayStation 4, we recommend continuing your adventure on PlayStation 5 or other supported platforms.
