After a thorough negotiation, Perfect World Games and Level Infinite reached the agreements below: Starting from 16:00 (UTC+0) on February 23, 2025, the operation and related services of Tower of Fantasy will be fully transferred to Perfect World Games, the parent company of Hotta Studio. We are committed to prioritizing our players’ needs, constantly optimizing in-game content and services, and delivering an even more exceptional experience for the Tower of Fantasy players. We will do everything we can to ensure a smooth transfer and minimize any potential impact on your gaming experience and data privacy.

Important Information Regarding Data Transfer:

To facilitate this transfer and ensure your game progress is preserved, we need your consent to transfer your Tower of Fantasy in-game data under Level Infinite account to your Perfect World Games account. The specific details are as follows:

·  Data Transfer Authorization: You will need to bind your Level Infinite account to your Perfect World Games account and authorize the transfer of your in-game data under your Level Infinite account to your Perfect World Games account on the designated "Tower of Fantasy Account Transfer and Authorization Verification" page. Only after completing this authorization process can your Tower of Fantasy data from your current Level Infinite account be transferred to your linked Perfect World Games account. Please pay attention to subsequent in-game messages or any announcements on our official website for the access link to the "Tower of Fantasy Account Transfer and Authorization Verification" page.

·  Scope of Data Transfer: This will include character data, event data, friend data, home data, guild data, mail data, item data, and more (please refer to the "User Notice" on the "Tower of Fantasy Account Transfer and Authorization Verification" page for details).

·  Data Transfer Period: The in-game data transfer authorization must be completed between December 27, 2024, and April 24, 2025, 16:00 (UTC+0) on the "Tower of Fantasy Account Transfer and Authorization Verification" page.

·  Post-Transfer: After completing the data transfer, players who have authorized the transfer will be able to continue their adventure when the Perfect World Games servers open on February 25, 2025.

Gift Packs and Future Plans:

·  Exclusive Benefits: As a token of our gratitude for your patience and support, we will offer a Transfer Gift Pack. By completing account binding and data transfer authorization, you will receive a Transfer Gift Pack including 10 Red Nucleus and 5 Special Vouchers. The Transfer Gift Pack will be distributed after the Perfect World Games servers open on February 25, 2025.

·  Continuous Rewards and Updates: Once official operations begin, we will further optimize resources and gift packs, continually offering free, high-quality benefits and enriching new content to enhance your gameplay experience.

·  Merchandise Events: We will launch giveaways and sales of exquisite Tower of Fantasy merchandise. Stay tuned for future announcements and surprises!

·  Efficient Communication: Our customer support team will continue to liaise directly with the development team to ensure player questions and suggestions are promptly addressed, so as to achieve swift resolutions and ongoing game improvements.

·  Improved Overseas Support: We will enhance our investment in the overseas version of the game, optimizing content to ensure a high-quality experience for all global players.

·  Official Discord Developer Portal Go Live: Our development team will also join the official Discord community to listen to players' feedback and maintain more efficient communication and interaction with our community.
